Delivery Policy

The program is delivered entirely online. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

As soon as your payment is confirmed, you are enrolled and a project and domain variant are assigned to you. Your project brief and dashboard are available immediately. Access lasts for your track duration, plus any extensions you buy.

If your payment is still pending, our system automatically re-checks it, so your access should appear shortly after the payment succeeds.

• A dashboard with your project brief, requirements checklist, countdown and progress tools.
• An email with your offer letter attached, sent to you once your project has been assigned. If you do not receive it, write to us and we will send it again.
• A plain payment receipt by email. No GST is charged.
• Access to the Grilling Discord community.
• Reminder emails as your deadline approaches.
• Your result by email after your final submission is reviewed, within 5 working days of submission. If you pass, your certificate PDF is attached to that email, together with a link to verify it.
• A recommendation letter, if you buy one, delivered digitally as a PDF.

An extension is applied to your account as soon as its payment is confirmed, and your new deadline is shown on your dashboard.

All emails go to the address registered on your account. If you do not see an email within 10 minutes, check your spam folder, then write to support@grilling.in.

Grilling will never ask for your password or payment details by email or message.

To use the program you need a device with a modern web browser, a stable internet connection, and a GitHub account to host your project.

If you were charged but your dashboard did not unlock, or you did not receive your offer letter or result, contact support@grilling.in with your order ID. If a problem on our side stops you from using the platform, write to us so we can look into it. Payment problems are covered in our Refund Policy.
