Refund Policy

The moment your payment is confirmed, you are enrolled, a project is assigned to you and your dashboard access begins. Because digital access is delivered immediately, fees are not refundable once you are enrolled. You acknowledge this at checkout.

We make a refund only in these situations:

• Duplicate charge: if you were charged more than once for the same order, we refund the duplicate.
• Payment taken but no enrolment: if money was debited but you were not enrolled, we will either complete your enrolment or refund the amount.
• Non-delivery by Grilling: if Grilling fails to deliver the program to you.
• Recommendation letter not issued: if you paid for a recommendation letter and we are unable to issue it.

• Refunds are for the amount you actually paid for that order, and are returned to the original payment method.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show the credit.
• If you paid less than the listed price because of a discount code, the refund is for the amount you paid.

• A change of mind, or choosing a track that does not suit you.
• Not finishing the project, missing your deadline, or not passing the evaluation.
• Stopping the program part-way.
• Disqualification under our Terms of Service.
• Extension purchases (₹99 per week), once the extension has been applied.
• A recommendation letter, once it has been issued.

Email support@grilling.in from your registered email address with your order ID and a short description of the problem. For a payment that was taken without enrolment, we will resolve it within 5 business days.

Please contact us before raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank, so that we can fix the problem quickly.
