Terms of Service

Grilling is a product of Zennovation AI Labs Pvt Ltd (“Grilling”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or enrolling in the Virtual AI Engineer Internship Program, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy, Refund and Delivery policies.

• You must be 18 years or older to enrol.
• You must give accurate details. Your full name, college and course are locked at enrolment because they are printed on your certificate.
• Your account and access are personal and cannot be transferred or shared. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person may hold one account.

• The program is a virtual, project-based, unpaid learning internship. It does not create an employment relationship, and it carries no stipend and no promise of employment or placement.
• There are three tracks: 1-month (30 days), 2-month (60 days), 3-month (90 days). Longer tracks mean a bigger project, not just more days.
• Your project and its domain variant are assigned automatically, at random, once your payment is confirmed. You cannot choose or swap them. In exceptional cases, such as a faulty project brief, Grilling may reassign a project and will record the reason.
• So that every project gets a proper review, Grilling may limit or pause new enrolments at any time.
• Access to the Grilling Discord community is included.

• You pay a one-time fee for your track, at the price shown on the pricing page when you check out. Payments are processed by Cashfree.
• No GST is charged. Zennovation AI Labs Pvt Ltd is not registered under GST, and you receive a plain payment receipt.
• At checkout you must acknowledge that the fee is non-refundable (except as stated in the Refund Policy) and that you get one final submission.
• Optional extras are listed on the pricing page: an extra week (currently ₹99) and a recommendation letter (currently ₹299).
• Discount codes, where offered, apply only as stated, are checked by our system at checkout, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

• Your program window starts when you enrol and lasts the number of days in your track. Your deadline is always shown on your dashboard.
• We send reminder emails as your deadline approaches, but keeping track of your deadline is your responsibility.
• You can post progress updates on your dashboard. They are encouraged but not graded.
• One final submission. It opens on your earliest submission day (day 20 for the 1-month track, day 40 for the 2-month track, day 60 for the 3-month track).
• Your final submission must include your code repository link, a screen-recorded demo of 3–7 minutes, and a declaration that the work is your own and that any AI tools used are disclosed.
• A final submission cannot be redone unless a Grilling admin reopens it and gives written feedback. A reopened submission has a window of 5 days, starting when you are emailed the feedback.
• Extensions: if your deadline passes before you submit, you can buy 1 to 4 extra weeks at a time at ₹99 per week. Extra weeks can be bought only after the deadline has passed, and within 7 days of it. The extra time counts from the date you buy it. Extension fees are non-refundable once applied.
• If you neither submit nor buy an extension within those 7 days, your project ends. No certificate can then be issued for it, and you would need to enrol in a new plan to try again.

Your final submission is reviewed by the Grilling team against a published rubric, scored out of 100:

• Functionality & requirements met: 30
• Code quality & structure: 20
• AI/ML correctness & relevance: 15
• Documentation: 10
• Demo clarity: 10
• Testing & deployment: 10
• Originality & commit history: 5

Pass is 50 and above, Merit is 75 and above (eligible for a recommendation letter), and Distinction is 90 and above.

You will receive your result within 5 working days of your final submission, on your dashboard and by email. If you pass, your certificate is attached to that email.

• A certificate is issued only on passing. Participation alone does not qualify.
• It states your name exactly as in your profile, the program, your start and end dates and your project title, with a unique certificate ID and QR code. Please check your name before you enrol, because it is locked.
• Anyone can check a certificate at grilling.in/verify. It stays verifiable permanently, unless it is revoked. A revoked certificate is shown as revoked on the verification page.

A recommendation letter is an optional paid extra (currently ₹299), available on request to students who score Merit or above. It reflects your project work and is delivered digitally.

All work you submit must be your own. Disclose any AI tools you use. We expect discipline, respect and proper etiquette in all communication with the Grilling team and fellow interns.

You must not:

• share your account, or try to access another person’s account or data;
• attack, overload, probe or otherwise disrupt the platform, or use automated tools to scrape it;
• upload malicious code or unlawful material.

Grilling may disqualify you, and may revoke a certificate already issued, for any of the following:

• Plagiarism or work that is not your own, including copied code and undisclosed AI-generated work.
• Misconduct or unlawful behaviour.
• Sharing or publishing project briefs or other program material.
• Fraud or giving wrong information.

In these cases no certificate is issued and no refund is given.

We will email you about your enrolment, such as your offer letter, payment receipt, deadline reminders and result. These emails are part of the service. We may also send occasional program updates and offers, which you can stop at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email.

The program uses services run by others, such as Cashfree (payments), Firebase (sign-in), GitHub (your repository), Brevo (email) and Discord (community). Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their services.

• You may stop taking part at any time. Stopping does not entitle you to a refund.
• Grilling may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, including for the reasons listed under conduct above.

• Project briefs, rubrics and other program materials belong to Grilling. They are for your personal learning only and must not be shared or republished.
• The code you submit remains yours. By submitting, you give us a limited licence to review and store it for the purposes of the program.

Grilling is an educational service. We do not guarantee any employment, placement or other outcome. The platform is provided on an “as available” basis and may occasionally be unavailable. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid.

Neither you nor Grilling is responsible for a delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural events, power or internet failure, an outage at a third-party provider, or government action.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated terms apply from the “Last updated” date shown above, and continuing to use the program after that date means you accept them.

• These terms, together with our Privacy, Refund and Delivery policies, are the whole agreement between you and Grilling about the program.
• If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
• If we do not enforce a term at some point, that does not mean we have given it up.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
